ArcheSell

Build the future of sales with us.

We’re working with a small group of B2B revenue teams to bring Archesell and Scout into real selling environments — and shape how digital sales teammates should work alongside people.

  • Use it on real work.
  • Tell us what creates value.
  • Help shape what comes next.

Archesell is a new CRM built for people and digital workers to work together. Scout is the digital sales teammate inside it.

The best revenue software is built inside real revenue work.

Digital workers introduce a new way for sales teams and software to work together.

We don’t believe the right workflows, boundaries and behaviors can be designed from a conference room alone. They need to be shaped around real accounts, real meetings, real deals and real sales teams.

Design Partners help us learn where Scout creates meaningful leverage — and where human judgment should remain in control.

In return, partners get early access to Archesell, close access to the team building it, and a meaningful voice in how the product evolves.

  1. Real work
  2. Use Archesell
  3. Observe what works
  4. Feedback
  5. Improve

We’re looking for teams ready to rethink how selling gets done.

The strongest Design Partners aren’t simply looking for another sales tool. They’re willing to explore how people and digital workers can share the work of building pipeline, maintaining customer context and moving deals forward.

Company size, sales-team size, existing CRM, sales motion and integration requirements are things we work out in the conversation.

  1. You run a real B2B sales motion

Your team manages meaningful accounts, opportunities and customer interactions rather than a purely transactional or consumer sales process.

  2. You have an active sales team

There are enough real workflows, meetings, relationships and deals for Archesell to learn from actual selling behavior.

  3. Leadership is involved

A founder, CRO, VP Sales or equivalent leader is willing to participate in workflow discovery and help remove adoption barriers.

  4. You’re willing to rethink existing workflows

You’re interested in improving how the work gets done — not simply recreating every existing CRM process inside a new product.

  5. You’ll use the product on real work

Design Partnership requires actual usage, not occasional product review sessions.

  6. You’ll tell us what isn’t working

Direct, specific feedback is more valuable than polite feedback.

What you get

  1. Early access to Archesell + Scout

Put the product into real revenue workflows before broad availability.

  2. High-touch onboarding

Work directly with the Archesell team to connect the product to how your team actually sells.

  3. Direct access to the people building it

Share feedback with the founding, product and engineering team rather than through a traditional support layer.

  4. Influence the roadmap

Help shape the workflows, intelligence and boundaries that matter most in real-world use.

  5. A chance to build a different operating model early

Learn how your team can work with digital sales teammates before the model becomes commonplace.

What we ask

  1. Use Archesell on real work

Bring Scout into actual accounts, meetings, opportunities and sales workflows.

  2. Give us direct feedback

Tell us where the product creates leverage, where it creates friction and where our assumptions are wrong.

  3. Let us understand the workflow

Give the Archesell team enough access to understand how your revenue team actually works.

  4. Participate consistently

Design Partnership works when there is an ongoing learning relationship rather than a one-time evaluation.

  5. Help define the boundaries

Work with us to understand where Scout should prepare, recommend, act, ask for approval or stay out of the way.

Typically about 60 minutes every two weeks, in addition to real product usage by the participating team.

You don’t need to replace your existing CRM on day one. During the design partnership, Archesell can work alongside your current system while your team begins doing real revenue work here.

See how Archesell fits

Start with your revenue workflow.

  1. ConversationWe learn about your team, sales motion, current systems and the problems you’re trying to solve.
  2. Workflow discoveryWe look more closely at how your team builds pipeline, manages customer context and moves active deals.
  3. FitTogether, we determine whether Archesell’s current product and your environment are a strong match for a Design Partnership.
  4. OnboardingWe connect the relevant data and workflows, introduce Scout to the team and establish how the product will be used.
  5. Learn togetherYour team uses Archesell in real work. We stay close, learn from what happens and improve the product around patterns that matter.

Structured enough to trust. Lightweight enough to start.

We’ll know it’s working when Scout becomes part of how your team works.

Early success isn’t measured by how many AI features your team tries.

We’re looking for evidence that Scout helps your team spend less effort assembling customer context and more time acting on what matters.

  • Reps use Scout in real workflows without being reminded.
  • Customer and deal context stays more current with less manual effort.
  • Teams identify important changes earlier.
  • Meeting preparation becomes easier and more consistent.
  • Recommended work is useful enough to influence what reps do next.
  • Leaders gain a clearer picture of what’s happening without asking reps to reconstruct it.

Let’s see if we’re a fit.

Tell us a little about your revenue team and how you work today. If Archesell looks relevant, you’ll hear directly from our team.
